On an annual basis, over the past several years, AVALLON has organized conferences devoted to the state of MBOs and LBOs in Poland in the previous year. This event is greeted with great interest from participants. Each meeting is attended by approximately 150 people representing banks, investment funds, law firms, auditors and advisory bodies, and most significantly, the boards of companies interested in managerial buyout.

The idea behind the conference is to present the most interesting MBOs and LBOs that have taken place in Poland in the past year, with the participation of the individuals and entities that took part in them.

Hearing positive experiences encourages more market participants to engage in transactions and the conference is a unique opportunity for all interested to become acquainted with the experiences of people who have participated in such transactions. The principal value of the meeting is to provide participants with knowledge on the practical aspects of the feasibility of buy-outs and share the experience of others.
