TOMASZ STAMIROWSKI

Completed Foreign Trade at the University of Lodz and Management at the University of Grenoble, France. Since 1995 he has been involved in the private equity sector, he was Vice-President of the Board of PEKAO Equity Fund. He has experience in restructuring which he gained in the Restructuring Department of PBG Bank S.A. He has been a Board member of production companies. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of many limited companies, including listed companies.

MICHAŁ ZAWISZA
PARTNER

Finished Foreign Trade at the University of Lodz and the National School of Music II Level in Lodz. He began work in the Treasury Department of PBG Bank S.A. He co-created and realised investment projects for the Central Poland Fund and the Stabilisation-Restructuring-Privatisation program, while working in the group Managing LODZ – a limited investment company of PBG Bank S.A. Between 1999 and 2001 he was responsible for capital investments and liquidity management in the Próchnik S.A group and was director for strategy and development and commercial proxy at ZWOLTEX S.A. He specialises in leveraged transactions.

He gained his professional experience in capital market institutions and consultancies associated with finance, strategy, and M&A and MBO transactions. He has been involved in the capital market since its beginnings in Poland. He worked as a stockbroker at the PBG Bank S.A. Brokerage House and in the BRE Brokers S.A. brokerage office. A member of the team which organised public off-exchange trade in Poland. Member of the Board and co-owner of advisory companies. Advisor in MBO and M&A transactions connected to the stock market.
